Due to the instant and irrevocable nature of digital file delivery, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase has been made and the files have been delivered to you. This policy is in place because digital files cannot be returned once downloaded.

Please read all product descriptions carefully before purchasing. All products are digital downloads only. No physical items will be shipped.

What you receive: Upon purchase, you will receive instant access to download 4 high-resolution PNG files (5x7, 8x10, 11x14, and 16x20 inches) at 300 DPI, suitable for home printing or use at any professional print shop.

Technical issues: In the unlikely event that you experience a technical issue with your download, please contact us at vistelloprints@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase and we will resolve it promptly by resending your files.
