Refund and Cancellation Policy

Digital Products
Vistello Prints sells downloadable digital artwork only. No physical product will be shipped.
The files and sizes included with each purchase are stated on the relevant product page. Digital files are supplied electronically after payment has been completed.
Cancellation Rights
If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, you normally have the right to cancel a digital content contract within 14 days after the contract is made.
You may ask for access to your digital content before this cancellation period ends. Your cancellation right ends only when the supply of the digital content begins after you have given your prior express consent and acknowledged that you will lose your right to cancel.
If the consent, acknowledgement, or confirmation required by law has not been obtained or supplied correctly, your legal cancellation rights remain unaffected.
Once access to the digital content has begun following the legally required consent and acknowledgement, we do not provide a refund simply because you have changed your mind or no longer want the digital artwork.
Faulty, Incomplete, or Incorrect Digital Content
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your statutory rights.
Digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for its intended purpose, and match its description.
If your files are faulty, incomplete, inaccessible, corrupted, or materially different from the product description, please contact us at vistelloprints@gmail.com and include your order number and a description of the problem.
We will first attempt to resolve the problem by providing working or replacement files within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience to you.
If the problem cannot be corrected within a reasonable time, or without significant inconvenience, you may be entitled to an appropriate price reduction. Where required by law, this may be the full purchase price.
There is no seven day reporting limit on your statutory rights.
Download and Access Problems
If you have not received your download instructions or cannot access your files, please check the email address used for your order and your junk or spam folder.
If the problem continues, contact vistelloprints@gmail.com and include your order number. We will investigate the issue and resend or restore access to the files where appropriate.
How to Request a Cancellation
If your cancellation right still applies, you can cancel by emailing a clear statement to vistelloprints@gmail.com.
Please include your name, order number, order date, and the email address used for the purchase.
You may use the following wording, although you are not required to do so:
I give notice that I wish to cancel my contract for the following digital content:

Date of cancellation request:
Any refund legally due will be returned to the original payment method within the period required by applicable law.
Customers Outside the United Kingdom
Customers outside the United Kingdom may have additional or different rights under the laws applying in their location.
Nothing in this policy excludes any consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.
