About These Terms
These Terms of Service apply when you purchase digital artwork from Vistello Prints through vistelloprints.com.
By placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies made available on our website.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any consumer right that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
Digital Products
Vistello Prints sells downloadable digital artwork only. No physical product will be shipped.
The files, formats, dimensions, and other contents included with each purchase are described on the relevant product page.
Digital Delivery
Access to purchased files is normally provided electronically after payment has been completed.
You must provide an accurate email address when placing your order.
If you do not receive your download instructions or cannot access your files, contact vistelloprints@gmail.com and include your order number. We will investigate the problem and restore access or resend the files where appropriate.
Prices and Payment
Prices are displayed in the currency selected or shown on the website. Any applicable taxes will be displayed during checkout where required.
Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods available at checkout.
If we accept an order but cannot supply the purchased digital content, we will refund any payment received for that order.
Personal Use Licence
Your purchase gives you a personal, limited, and noncommercial licence to download and print the purchased artwork for your own personal or household use.
You may store a personal backup copy of the files.
You may send the files to a professional printing service solely for the purpose of producing prints for your personal or household use.
You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, or transfer the digital files to another person.
You may not upload the files to any website, marketplace, platform, or service for public access, distribution, or commercial use.
You may not use the artwork or files in products for sale, claim them as your own work, or use them for any commercial purpose without written permission from Vistello Prints.
Intellectual Property
Purchasing digital artwork gives you permission to use it under the personal use licence described above. It does not transfer ownership of the artwork or any associated intellectual property rights.
Vistello Prints reserves all rights that it owns or is legally entitled to exercise in relation to its artwork, product images, branding, website content, and digital files.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation, refund, and digital content rights are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy and applicable consumer law.
Once access to digital content has begun following any consent and acknowledgement required by law, a change of mind refund may no longer be available.
This does not affect your rights if digital content is faulty, incomplete, inaccessible, corrupted, or materially different from its description.
File Compatibility and Printing
The file format and dimensions supplied with each product are stated on the relevant product page. Please review this information before purchasing.
If you are unsure whether the files are suitable for your device, software, printer, or intended printing service, contact us before purchasing.
Colours and appearance may vary between screens, printers, paper types, inks, and printing services.
Reasonable variations caused by equipment or printing materials do not necessarily mean that the digital content is faulty. This does not affect your rights if the supplied content is materially different from its description or does not meet standards required by law.
Acceptable Use
You must not use our website, digital files, or services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes.
You must not attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the website or obtain unauthorised access to any system, account, or file.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful. This includes liability for fraud and liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Vistello Prints is not responsible for a loss that could not reasonably have been foreseen when the contract was made.
If you purchase as a consumer, we are not responsible for business losses resulting from your personal use of the digital content.
Applicable Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you continue to benefit from any mandatory consumer protections provided by the laws applying in your country or region.
Changes to These Terms
The terms applying to an order are those published when that order is placed.
We may update these terms when our products, services, or legal obligations change. An update will not remove rights that already apply to an existing order.
